1. Polarimetric SAR image analysis using four-component scattering model

3. On the development of cloud radar on EarthCARE satellite

Place: University of Fukui
This meeting was held under the co-sponsorship of the IEICE professional groups on AP.
Four papers relevant to the field of URSI-F were presented.

Three technical presentations were presented:
1. MIMO Channel Characteristics using Directional Antennas for Transmission between Base Stations in a Street Micro-cell Environment at 5.2-GHz Band
2. Application of wideband directional channel sounding in the evaluation of DSRC service inside a transportation tunnel
3. Proposed channel model for static mobile terminal in surround moving environments
